Version 2 · in force since October 18, 2026 · draft
Draft content: the final text will be written by a Québec lawyer before launch.
1. Information collected
Name, email, property addresses and booking history, needed for the service.
2. Use
This information is used to book, pay for and follow up cleanings. It is never sold.
3. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information (Law 25).
4. Team members
The company may analyze how long your visits take (travel, time on site) to organize its work.
5. Person in charge of the protection of personal information
For any question about your information or to exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion), write to the person in charge: [To be completed], [To be completed].
6. Where your information is kept
Chezify’s database and files are hosted in Canada, at Supabase (ca-central-1 region, Montréal), and the site at Vercel (Montréal region). Some providers process information outside Québec, including outside Canada: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending emails), Sentry (site error tracking) and Google (address suggestions, app crash reports with Firebase Crashlytics and, only with your permission, audience measurement with Google Analytics). Each receives only what its service needs.
7. Cookies
Without your permission, Chezify uses only essential cookies: your sign-in session, your language, the role you are using and your answer about audience measurement (chezify_consent, 13 months). At payment, Stripe sets its own fraud-prevention cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid). If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count visits and booking steps, without your name, email, address or messages; this data is kept 2 months. No advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. In the apps, reinstall them: they will ask you again.
