1. Chezify's role
Chezify sells you the cleaning service. A cleaning company registered in Québec performs it for Chezify, as its subcontractor. Chezify answers to you for the service and decides on refunds.
2. Price and payment
The amount shown is the final amount you pay Chezify, taxes included. The full breakdown appears at checkout, in the confirmation email and in your booking's receipt. Your card is authorized before the cleaning and charged at the end.
3. Cancellation
Free up to 24 hours before the service. After that, fees apply according to the policy shown at checkout. A refund you're owed is paid within 15 days.
4. Merchant
